Do callers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. Every call starts with a clear statement that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. Callers can ask for a person at any time.
What happens on a gas leak or carbon monoxide call?
Life-safety calls are never booked or troubleshot. The assistant tells the caller to leave the building and call 911 or the gas utility from outside, using an approved script, and immediately alerts your on-call technician.
How are emergencies dispatched?
The assistant collects the address and problem, confirms you service that area, and states your emergency rate. It then calls and texts your on-call tech, escalates to the backup tech and then the owner if nobody accepts within the time you set, and texts the customer an arrival time once a tech accepts.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and forward calls to your Call Me Booked line, either all calls or only the ones you miss. It takes about five minutes.
How long does setup take?

Where is my data stored?
Client data is stored in Canada, encrypted, and isolated so each company can only see its own information. We follow PIPEDA and never sell your data or your customers' data.
